You can create solicitation templates to request essential information needed to respond to a specific type of solicitation. You can include details such as contacts, specific information, or to upload a document. Members of your team can use these templates to make requests.
Request to create document or template
Once you have created template requests, your team members can use them to create requests to ask your legal team to create templates or documents. Or they can create request from scratch.
Request to review a contract or a document
Our solution allows you to easily request contract reviews from members of your team. Simply create a solicitation, upload your document and choose to revise it. You can also set a priority or expiration date for the request.
Ask questions in the platform
No more back and forth emails to ask a question and wait for the answer. With our solution, you can ask a question directly on the platform. Choose “question” when creating a solicitation, select a recipient, and set the priority or expiration date to receive the answer.
